Features offered in this patch include Complete Bundesliga added with correct kits, logos, squads; Premier League team names and logos and kits corrected added; Liga ZON Sagres team names and logos added corrected; League and Cup Logos corrected; Many faces for Bundesliga added; Kitserver included and Support for DLC 1.00

What's interesting about this patch is the patch is stand alone. So the patch does not interfere with the patch you have installed previously.
